• Foundation of the Electrical and Mechanical Division
  In order to strengthen the company's structure to better meet the needs of its clients, the E&M Division was established on the second half of 2011.

• Contract agreement with Mitsubishi
  By the middle of last year CONSULASIA signed a contract with Mitsubishi to provide consultancy services in relation to the Sai Van Bridge, within the Rolling Stock and System contract for Phase I of the Macao Elevated Light Rail Transit.

• Office expansion
  Following the strong and sustained growth of the company, based largely by hiring local engineers, CONSULASIA invested in the expansion of its headquarters offices on the third quarter of 2011.

• Public Housing in Rua Central de Toi San
  On October 2011, the Macau Government awarded CONSULASIA the supervision services of the construction work for the public housing located in Rua Central de Toi San.
